Off, every round is a balanced mix of your enabled categories. On, each
round picks one at random — MUSIC, then SCIENCE & NATURE — and says so
on the screen. A game scheduled with its own subject below overrides this.
Five easy questions where the first correct answer takes the points and
nothing is deducted — it gives players who fell behind a way back in
before the podium.
